The Century House:  349 West Eighth Street (Highway 6), Palisade, Coloardo 

The Century House is a new Palisade restaurant set in a renovated house that is over one hundred years old. It features a new tradition of  fine dining in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.   Expect fresh food cooked simply and well at prices that will make you come back for more.    Featuring a range of food -- from sizzling steaks to fresh green salads, from grilled wild salmon to chicken-fried steak-- the restaurant offers a carefully prepared menu for the discriminating diner.  Patrons will enjoy fine service and a full range of cocktails and local wines.
